NUIT BLANCHE KYOTO 2014 is the fourth edition of an event organized by the city of Kyoto and the French Institute of Japan-Kansai, this year led by Murielle Hladik, Diane Josse and Isabelle Olivier, inspired by the Parisian event, dedicated to the contemporary art. 
This edition marks the reopening of the villa Kujoyama and seeks to highlight the existing fruitful exchanges between France and Japan in the fields of applied arts, crafts, design, industrial design, graphic design and fashion. Program here.

It is in this framework that will be held the exhibition « the sound of water, » showing paralleling, two particular expressions, Japanese for Miho Noka, and french for Florence Crosier. On this occasion, the waterfall « Dynjandi 1″ and the video directed by Manon Pénicaud and Roman Deroubaix (2013) will be shown to the C.A.J. gallery from the 1st to the 12th October 2014, with a selection of the finest pieces of Florence Croisier creations’s collection.

JOYA BARCELONA 2014 /  9-10-11 October 2014
Jewelry week in Barcelona. The international exhibition JOYA, this year located in the Santa Monica area, down the Rambla.

With more than 200 artists working in contemporary jewelry, schools and galleries. The guest artist of 2014 is Yannick Mur with her precious embroidery and the special guest is Giampaolo Babetto, designer flagship since the 70s.

I will be there to show my latest creations.

« In situ » exhibition and sale

Florence Croisier creations invite you to the exhibition and sale « In situ 2014″, inaugurating her new workshop.

Exhibition of recent work including most of the pieces which have been shown in last fall in Barcelona, Paris and La Rochelle (F). The big waterfall « Dynjandi », made in titanium wire, which has been shown during the exhibition « dans la ligne de mire » at the Museum of Arts-decoratifs of Paris from September 2013, to March 2014 will be presented on this occasion together with the video around this piece, made by Manon Pénicaud and Roman Deroubaix.

« In situ » will open from the 13th to 16th June 2014, from 2 pm to 8 pm,
6 rue Georges Jehenne 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France. In direct access from the center of Paris (30 minutes) by subway,

Florence Croisier creations wish you  to live this new year according with your best plans and desires.

Few informations concerning the news for the beginning of 2014.

To start 2014, I decided to leave the studio where I have been working for 18 years, and move into a new studio into the house where I live. It is a question of earning time, and be more concentrated in my work before  to start in new plans, which I will talk later.

Exceptional pieces :
An auction took place at Drouot in Paris on the 11th February 2014, in this exceptional place, one of big piece I made has been sold. It is the « big shawl » as you can see below, it has been showed in autumn during exhibitions at Joya Barcelona, Iki Gallery in Paris, and La Manufacture at La Rochelle (F):

 

Barcelona…from the 6th March untill 1st April 2014, La Basilica Galeria will exhibit my new collection around the illustrations from Berto Martinez, and with  jewels from international artists, Akis Goumas & Georgia Gremouti, Eun Mi Kwon, Gabrielle Desmarais et Isabelle Busnel.

September – October 2013

  »Circuit Bijou » is a demonstration in Paris opened this year. After being launched by an independent association of artists,  the Professional organisation of craft « Ateliers d’Art de France » took over the reins of « circuit Bijou » to provide multiple exhibitions in their shops and gallery and to oversee the communication of all exhibitions taking place from from September 2013 until March 2014 in Paris.

For exhibitions in which I participate, here’s the agenda:
Museum of Decorative Arts inaugurate this event with « In the Line of Sight » scene of contemporary jewelery in France, from 20th September 2013 to 2nd March 2014.
My dress « Dynjandi » made of titanium wire is installed among the museum’s collections.

Two permanent places dedicated to contemporary art :
L’Atelier , at the Art’s viaduc exposes AFEDAP eleven of their ancient students and five designers who were part of the teaching team .  You can see three of my jewelry  declined from the collection « fil rouge ». – The Talent Shop in Opera, each of the 36 selected designers propose a collar and pin .

On October 3rd, the Swiss foundation into the Pavilion « Le Corbusier  » in the campus of Paris 14th , presents « Swiss Design Jewel » , with the leading artists of contemporary jewelery recognized worldwide . Selected by Jean- Yves Le Mignot and Nicole Bremond , three of my recent jewelry collection will be presented.

And , as I had announced earlier this year , I am pleased to present , from October 24th, alongside the textile designer Janaina Milheiro at Iki gallery on the theme of lightness, 18 rue du Pont Louis Philippe in Paris 4th . Each shows his recent work and a few pieces made together.

Finally, Elsa Vanier Gallery celebrates its tenth anniversary with the creators having been present at the gallery during this decade.

 Internationally, the season opens with New York and the exhibition Loot 2013 MAD  dedicated to contemporary jewelery with a selection of 50 international artists. From 1st to 5th October 2013, Museum of Art and Design .

In Barcelona , the contemporary jewelry  fair   » Joya «   held from October 17th to 19th 2013 and I am happy to be honored this year with a double surface of exhibition. An opportunity to show the latest creations in 2013 .

 In France , an event with the opening of a new point of sale for my jewelry, Bettina gallery Flament , 7 rue Mazurel in Lille, which also exhibit Marianne Anselin , Laurence Oppermann , and many other designers.
